High On Health Dinner
7th ANNUAL “HIGH ON HEALTH” DINNER
Please consider hosting a table at the Curry Health Foundation/Gold Beach Rotary
Roaring 20’s Gala Event on April 25, 2009.
A table will seat 8 guests at a cost of $35.00 per person
Flapper hors d’oeuvres, a Blue Plate Special,
followed by your choice of Drunken Fly Cake or Eve with a Moldy Lidare
the fare for the evening at our local speakeasy.
Tickets will be provided upon payment

Seating is limited, so please RSVP before April 2.
If you wish to attend, but are unable to be a host of a table, please contact
the office to purchase your personal tickets.
